For each order, the Customer is asked to pay a flat-rate contribution to the delivery costs except in certain conditions where he qualifies for free delivery. The amount of the order is understood to be the total amount of the items, the value of which is stated on the invoice. If exceptionally the Customer does in certain conditions have the benefit of free delivery and should these conditions cease to apply, the Seller reserves the right to invoice for delivery costs.
Shipping your orders:
The orders placed on the Site are prepared and shipped the same day or the next working day (for instance an order placed on a Saturday will be prepared and shipped the following Monday).
Delivering your orders:
The delivery conditions, in particular costs and time-lines, differ according to the method of delivery chosen and the destination.
- Delivery by colissimo in France:
Average delivery time of 5 to 10 working days (15 working days during sales periods, last closing days of sales or clearance sales and/or busy periods)
Orders are shipped to the address supplied by the Customer with the order. If the Customer is absent, an advice notice will be left in the Customer’s mailbox.
Should the parcel be returned to the Seller in case of non-delivery to the Customer and where this non-delivery is due to the Customer, the latter will be refunded for the sums debited less shipping costs. The Seller shall incur no liability where the package is delivered to the wrong address if this error arises from the particulars provided by the Customer when the order was placed.
- Delivery by fedex in Europe:
Costs: EUR 9.90 all taxes included
Average delivery time of 7 working days (15 working days during sales periods, last closing days of sales or clearance sales and/or busy periods)
In all cases, the order is delivered to the Customer in conditions of maximum security within a maximum of 30 calendar days, except in cases of force majeure or any fortuitous event outside of the Seller’s control.
In case of prolonged delay in delivery, the Customer must report this to the Seller at the earliest opportunity, using the “Contact” page. Should this maximum 30-day time period be exceeded, the Customer has the option of cancelling his order and obtaining a refund of all the sums paid, so long as he has not taken delivery of his order.
